Murphy, this workout is a true test of strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Participants will complete a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and finish with another 1-mile run, with the option to wear a weighted vest for an even greater challenge. Whether you're an experienced athlete or taking on Murph for the first time, you'll be surrounded by a supportive community that's ready to push each other to the finish. Join us for a day of hard work, perseverance, and an unforgettable accomplishment.
